Privacy Policy
All information gathered about clients are stored in an encrypted folder on one hard drive. Information is kept between guide and the specific client and used only for the sake of safety, appropriation and comfort on the trip.

Media
Only if consent is given on the indemnity form will images and videos be reused for promotional purposes.
After the fact if a participant decides to retract consent for media to be shared they must do so by email. 


Reschedule Policy
We are thrilled to have you join us for your upcoming trip, but we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Whether it's due to illness, unexpected events, or scheduling conflicts, we are here to assist you if you need to reschedule your tour. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate your request.

For our standard guided tours, if you make a reschedule request within 14 days, there will be an administration fee equal to your deposit. However, if you provide us with at least 14 days' notice to reschedule for alternative dates during the relevant fishing season, no administrative charge will apply.

Broken or lost equipment:
In the case you are liable for broken or lost equipment you will be charged to replace or repair that item. a broken rod wont cost you $1000, a general rod section replacement is $100 but if cheaper or more expensive that will apply. invoices will be provided if requested.



Cancellation Policy

Regarding our regular guided tours, if you cancel within 14 days, there will be an administration fee equivalent to your initial payment.

In most cases, the administration fee, which matches your initial payment, is non-refundable unless you request a replacement within 6 weeks prior to your scheduled trip. If you find a replacement guest within this 6-week period, the cost of your trip will not be refunded.

Refund Policy
nce your request has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and the specific terms and conditions associated with your tour. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, we will request from you your details and your refund will be processed.

Note there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • When tours are rescheduled or otherwise cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date.

  • When additional costs are incurred by us in arranging your cancellation, reschedule or transfer to another angler (for example, flight or accommodation transfers).
